I think it was in 2017 that I first met Nikki who was back then working as a stage manager at DGTL if I remember correctly. I was immediately struck by his down-to-earth mentality, politeness and no-nonsense approach. The year after in 2018 I hired him for the first time to be part of my team of stage managers at Tomorrowland and as of then he has never left the team.
